Account Closure & Suspension

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• Upon the user's own request to close the account.

Where possible, users will be given advance notice before an account is closed, with the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance. However, if the closure is due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

Inactive accounts will be charged ৳100 or 1% of the balance per month, whichever is lower. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
